What Gets Deleted
- Your Unity Player ID and all associated game progress.
- Match history, warrior stats, and leaderboard entries.
- Any unused virtual items or in-game currency.
Note: In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
Deleting your account does not trigger a refund — contact your store directly
for purchase-related requests.
How to Request Deletion
Click on Your Avatar in game and click on Delete Account
In case of Deletion failed
Send an email to
support@prsay.com
with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your Username or Unity Player ID.
- The sign-in method you used: Guest, Google, or Apple.
Your account will be permanently deleted .
After Deletion
- You may create a new guest or linked account at any time.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- Some anonymized gameplay data may be retained for fraud prevention
and legal compliance as outlined in our
Privacy Policy.
