and iOS (Apple App Store). By playing Parchisi Royale, you agree to the practices

2. Information Collected
We do not operate our own account registration system. No email address or
username is collected directly by us. The following data is collected by us or
by the third-party services we integrate:

Unity Player ID: When you play as a guest or sign in via
Google or Apple through Unity Gaming Services (UGS), Unity assigns you an
anonymous Player ID. We use this to identify your session, save progress,
and enable multiplayer. We never receive your email or password directly.

Gameplay & Session Data: Match history, warrior stats,
power usage, session duration, and in-game events — collected via Unity
Analytics to help us balance and improve the game.

Purchase Data: If you make in-app purchases, the transaction
is processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only a purchase token to
verify and fulfill the transaction. We never see or store your payment
card details.

Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system
version, screen resolution, country, and IP address — collected by Unity UGS
for analytics and service delivery.

Advertising Data: LevelPlay (formerly IronSource) and its
mediated ad networks collect your Advertising ID (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS),
device model, OS version, IP address, and ad interaction data (impressions,
clicks, completions) to serve and measure ads.
3. How We Use This Information
- To identify your game session and save your progress across devices.
- To enable multiplayer matchmaking and leaderboards.
- To verify and fulfill in-app purchases made through Google Play.
- To analyze gameplay patterns and improve game balance and performance.
- To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
- To serve advertisements through LevelPlay and its mediated networks.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services operate within the game and collect data

5. Advertising & Ad Tracking
We display ads through LevelPlay, which mediates multiple ad networks. These
networks may use your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your
interests and to measure ad performance.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — disable
"Allow Apps to Request to Track", or reset your Advertising Identifier.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads — enable
"Opt out of Ads Personalization", or reset your Advertising ID.
On iOS 14.5 and above, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking
Transparency (ATT) prompt before any cross-app tracking occurs. If you decline,
only non-personalized ads will be shown.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Parchisi Royale is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in certain
EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under these ages. If you believe a child has provided personal data without

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Service Providers: Data is shared with Unity and LevelPlay
solely to operate the services described above, under their respective data
processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required
by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition,
user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same
privacy protections.
8. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Unity UGS retains your Player ID and associated gameplay data for as long as
your account is active. You may request full deletion of your game data at any
time via our account deletion page. Upon request,
your Unity Player ID and associated data will be deleted within 30 days, except
where retention is required by law.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All progress,
purchases, and stats will be lost.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we or our service providers hold about you.
- Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
- Objection: Object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate interests.
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw advertising consent via device settings at any time.

10. Regional Provisions
- GDPR (EU/EEA/UK): Legal bases for processing include
contract performance (game delivery), legitimate interests (fraud prevention,
analytics), and consent (ad tracking). Data transfers outside the EEA are
covered by Unity's and Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- CCPA / CPRA (California): We do not sell personal
information. California residents may request access, deletion, or correction
by contacting privacy@prsay.com.
- PIPEDA (Canada): We obtain meaningful consent before
collecting personal information and allow withdrawal subject to legal constraints.
- LGPD (Brazil): We process personal data in accordance with
Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
- Other Jurisdictions: We comply with applicable local data
protection laws in all regions where the game is available.
11. Security
We rely on Unity's enterprise-grade infrastructure for data security, including
encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission over
the internet is 100% secure. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized
access to your game account.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at
the top will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will notify you via
an in-game notice. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
